Ingredients:
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 pound ground beef
½ cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
12 6-inch tortillas
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, crumble the ground beef and cook thoroughly over medium heat.
Drain the grease from the skillet and add the packet of Taco seasoning, following the directions on the package.
Cream cheese should be beaten until smooth in a medium-sized bowl.
Add salsa to the cream cheese and blend well.
Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of the cream cheese and salsa mixture in the center.
Add a spoonful of the taco-flavored beef to cover the cream cheese and salsa mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Just like you would with a burrito, fold the tortilla over the filling.
Lightly spray a baking tray with non-stick spray and place the rolled tortilla onto the tray.
Melted butter should be brushed over the tortilla wraps’ tops.
Bake for fifteen minutes in a preheated oven.
Take out of the oven and top with more cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and olives, if desired.
