Ingredients:
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
Ice cubes
Coconut flakes and red sugar for rimming
Garnish: Fresh cranberries & mint leaves
Instructions:
Rim the Glass: Dampen the rim of the glass with water or cranberry juice, then dip it into a mixture of coconut flakes and red sugar to coat.
Mix and Shake: Fill a shaker with ice and add the cranberry juice, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and grenadine syrup. Give it a good shake until everything is properly mixed and cooled.
To serve and garnish, strain the mixture into the glass that has been prepared.. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves to add a festive touch.
