For the burger patties:
- 500g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 fat ratio for juiciness)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional but recommended)
For assembling:
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Pickles
- Butter (for toasting buns)
For the sauce (optional but amazing):
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
