HUGE POT of homemade chili

This big batch homemade chili is rich, hearty, and perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping for the week. It’s packed with ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and warm spices. The longer it simmers, the better the flavor becomes.

🧾 Ingredients (10–12 servings)

  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cans (28 oz each) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
