How to make chicken pepper with saffron

Ingredients
– A teaspoon of saffron
– ¼ cup of rose water
Chicken fillet pieces
– ¼ cup of low-fat yogurt
– Teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon dry coriander
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– ½ teaspoon onion powder
– ½ teaspoon of paprika
– ½ teaspoon ground cumin
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– A teaspoon of olive oil

How to prepare
1. In a glass bowl, put the saffron, rose water, and leave it aside for a few minutes

2. Make a few light slits on the surface of the fillet

3. Pound the chicken fillet between two pieces of parchment paper. Leave it aside.

4. To the saffron mixture, add the yogurt, salt, coriander, garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, pepper and olive oil.

5. Put this mixture between the fillet pieces, wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or more to saturate it with a good flavor.

6. Preheat the oven grill, grill the fillets until they are done.
