Hot Peach Cobbler

Step 1: Prepare the Peaches

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl combine:
    • sliced peaches
    • sugar
    • lemon juice
    • vanilla
    • cinnamon
    • cornstarch
  3. Mix gently until the peaches are well coated.
