Ingredients:

Milk 250 ml
Sugar 50 gr
Eggs 2 units
Vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
For the caramel
Sugar 50 gr
Water
Preparation:
1. We begin by means of tempering the milk and pouring it into a bowl. upload the sugar and mix till dissolved. upload the eggs and the essence or vanilla sugar. mix until a homogeneous mixture is acquired.
2. it is time to make the sweet. To try this, we positioned the 50 gr. of sugar in a saucepan and contain 3 tablespoons of water. We placed on the fire and we’re stirring every so often. whilst the aggregate acquires a golden color, pour the caramel into the custard mold.
