Homemade Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large basin.
Beat the egg in a separate dish and whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Toss to blend thoroughly.
After adding the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, whisk everything together thoroughly. If there are lumps in the batter, that’s acceptable.

Grease a frying pan with butter or oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
To create the pancakes, pour tiny quantities of the batter onto the heated pan. Cook until the edges turn golden brown and little bubbles appear on the surface.
Fry the pancakes till golden brown on the other side after flipping them.
Continue this process with the remaining batter.
Serve the homemade pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
