Ingredients:
1 cup of powdered milk
1 cup of sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Preparation
– In a saucepan place the sugar and water over medium low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
– When the sugar has dissolved, place in the blender, blend for about a minute, add the vanilla and gradually incorporate the powdered milk while continuing to blend.
– Once all the milk is added, blend for about 3 minutes. If it gets too thick you can add 2 or 3 additional spoons of water while still blending.
– When ready place the preparation in a container, let it cool and refrigerate
