Heavenly Pineapple Cheeseball

Ingredients:

2 packages of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
Assorted crackers

Instructions:

Cream cheese should be smoothed out in a big bowl.
Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, and chopped green pepper.
Add the seasoning salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans to the mixture.
Place the mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap, then roll and shape it into a ball.
Refrigerate the cheeseball overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, roll the cheeseball in the remaining chopped pecans.
Serve with assorted crackers and enjoy!
