Heaven In A Bowl

Ingredients:

1 package of fudge brownie mix
2 packages of miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups
4 cups of cold milk, preferably 2%
2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Thawed Cool Whip (two 8-ounce cans)

Instructions:

Make the brownie batter as per the instructions on the package.. Pour the batter into a buttered 12×9-inch pan.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center, and if it comes out with moist crumbs, the brownies are done.
Let cool on a wire rack, brownies. Once cooled, slice them into 3/4-inch-thick slices. Halve the miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups and set them aside as garnish.
Beat the pudding mix and cold milk in a big bowl for two minutes, or until the pudding is thicker.. Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter, and mix until well combined .Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip that has thawed.
In a 5-quart glass dish, layer one-third of the brownie slices. Top with half of the halved peanut butter cups and one-third of the pudding mixture.
With the last layer being the leftover pudding mixture, repeat the layers. Top with the peanut butter cups you set out. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the Heaven In A Bowl dessert chilled, and if desired, top each serving with additional thawed Cool Whip.
