. Place the cooked beef and cubed potatoes in a large slow cooker.
Add the cans of mixed vegetables, sweet corn, condensed tomato soup, and diced tomatoes to the slow cooker. No need to drain the cans of mixed vegetables and green beans as they provide both liquid and flavor.
Season the soup with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to taste.
Finally, add the secret ingredient that sets this soup apart – sugar! To thoroughly combine all the ingredients, stir well.
Cook the soup on low for 2-3 hours in the slow cooker, allowing the flavors to meld together and the potatoes to become tender.

If you prefer to use fresh or frozen vegetables instead of canned ones, you may need to add a can or two of beef stock to provide enough liquid for the soup.
The sugar adds a touch of sweetness to balance the flavors of the soup .You are welcome to change the quantity to suit your tastes.
