healthy cookies without sugar and flour

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
2 cups of oats
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of raisins or nuts
1 cup of good-quality dark chocolate chunks (such as Lily’s brand)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing basin.
Make sure all the ingredients are fully combined by giving the mixture a good stir.
On a baking sheet, scoop spoon fuls of the cookie dough and place them evenly spaced apart.

Using your hands or the back of a spoon, gently flatten each cookie.
For 15 to 20 minutes, bake the cookies in the preheated oven.

After taking the cookies out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.
Before serving, move the cookies to a wire rack to cool fully.
