Healthy Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crust:
2 Kodiak Cookie granola bars, crushed
Cooking spray (e.g., Pam)
Cheesecake Filling:
2 cups Fage 0% Greek yogurt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ package sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
½ package sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
4 packets sweetener
Topping:
Fat-free Reddi-wip
A few sugar-free Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:

Crush the Kodiak Cookie granola bars and press them into the bottom of a springform pan.
Lightly spray the crust with cooking spray.

Make the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, chocolate pudding mix, cheesecake pudding mix, and sweetener.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Bake the Cheesecake:

The cheesecake filling should be poured over the prepared pastry in the springform pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
Cool and Chill:

After baking, let the cheesecake sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Then, refrigerate until fully chilled.
Serve:

Top each serving with a dollop of fat-free Reddi-wip and a few sugar-free Lily’s chocolate chips.
