GROUND BEEF ROLL


INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
garlic and parsley
salt and pepper
200 grams sliced ham
200 grams sliced cheese
200 grams spinach leaves, cleaned and cut

PREPARATION:

In a large bowl mix the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper or any other seasoning that we like.
Spread the meat on a tray lined with aluminum foil, covering the entire tray.
Put the ham in slices on top.
Then the cheese of our choice
Add the spinach leaves on top of the cheese.
With the help of the aluminum foil it is rolled up like a gypsy’s arm.
Put the bacon strips on top
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 180º C for 25 minutes.
After this time it is taken out of the oven, the aluminum foil is removed and it is put back in the oven at 260º C for another 25 minutes or until the pancetta is golden brown.
To serve it is cut into slices.
