Ingredients:
1 cup of oatmeal
50g of walnut halves
2 apples
60ml of water
Vanilla essence (to taste)
Agave syrup (to taste)
Instructions:
After the apples are peeled and cored, cut them into little pieces.
In a saucepan, combine the chopped apples with water and cook over medium heat until the apples are soft and tender.
Meanwhile, toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Chop them into smaller pieces.
Once the apples are cooked, stir in the oatmeal and chopped walnuts. Cook for a few more minutes until the oatmeal is cooked through and the mixture is thickened.
Mix thoroughly to blend in the vanilla essence and agave syrup, according to taste.
