Garlic Butter Salmon & Shrimp Pasta 

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with:

  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika

Step 3: Cook the Salmon

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the salmon in the pan.
  3. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: Cook the Shrimp

In the same pan:

  1. Add shrimp with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Cook 2–3 minutes until pink and slightly golden.
  3. Remove and set aside.

Step 5: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet:

  1. Add butter and remaining olive oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream (optional).
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.

Let the sauce simmer 2 minutes.

Step 6: Combine the Pasta

Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and toss well so the pasta becomes coated.

Step 7: Add the Seafood

Place the salmon on top of the pasta and add the shrimp around it.

Step 8: Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle with:

  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Serve immediately while warm.
