Fried Windmills

Ingredients:

Flatbread or tortillas
150 g (2/3 cup) mayonnaise
6 slices of cheese
10 slices of beef
2 eggs
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flatbread or tortilla.

Place slices of beef and cheese on top, covering the surface.

Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut it into pieces.

Dip each individual roll in beaten eggs, ensuring they are coated.

In a deep fryer or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil.

Fry the rolls in the preheated oil, turning them occasionally, until they become golden brown. This usually takes about 6-8 minutes.

Once fried, remove the windmill rolls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serve the fried windmills warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
