Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds of Russian potatoes, cut it into 1/2 cubes.
A pound of chopped smoked sausage.
2 tbsp. spoons of honey.
Olive oil.
½ Tsp.Of spiced salt.
½ Tsp.
From Italian spices.
1/2 large red pepper.
1/2 large green pepper.
A small onion is diced.

How to make fried potato onions and smoked Polish sausages

In a large frying pan, fry the onion in a tablespoon of butter over medium heat until the onion becomes transparent.
Secondly, cook the onion until soft.
And in a large frying pan, heat a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil until the butter melts, add potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian spices and pepper.
After that, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are somewhat cooked.
Then cook for another 10 minutes after adding sausages. Mix the onions and peppers in a large skillet and stir until the peppers are crisp.
