Ingredients
500 gr strength flour
160 gr butter
100 g white sugar
50 ml whole milk
18 g fresh yeast
8 gr fine salt
4 medium eggs
Preparation
Brioche dough:

Brioche bread:
1. We put the dough on a counter and divide it into portions of approximately 50 grams, location them in a greased mildew or on a tray, and permit ferment again for another half-hour.
2. We paint the breads with egg crushed lightly with salt and depart to ferment once more in a heat place for some other 120 mins.
Baking of the brioche bread:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
