Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites. Blend the batter until it’s thoroughly mixed.
Stir in the chocolate chips into the batter for an extra burst of flavor.
Preheat your oven to 170°C.
Grease a baking dish and pour the cake batter into it, spreading it out evenly.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until it turns golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Before serving, take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool.
