Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
200 milliliters coconut milk
100 grams parmesan cheese
50 grams shredded coconut
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
Prepare the mixture: In a mixer, combine the butter, eggs, coconut milk, milk, sugar, parmesan cheese and shredded coconut. Beat the mixture for about 3 minutes or until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients: Add the wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture. Continue beating until the dough has a homogeneous consistency.
Prepare the mold: Grease a 20 cm by 30 cm diameter pudding mold .Fill the prepared mold with the ingredients.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C for at least 10 minutes. Bake the mixture for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool: This cake is creamy by nature, so the center may be a little soft even after baking. Relax, it will solidify as it cools.. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Serve: Once cool, cut the cake into slices and serve.
