Encebollado steak

Ingredients:

2 kg of beef
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 green chilli
Olive oil

Preparation:

The onions are fried until they turn a golden color, the tomatoes and chili are incorporated and the steak is immediately added, so that the meat is impregnated with the flavor of the onion, chili and tomato, it is cooked and enjoyed accompanied by salt and lemon to taste.
