Ingredients:
8 eggs
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)
2 stalks of chives
2 tablespoons paprika powder
Pinch of pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a pan, place the eggs with enough water and cook over high heat for 10 minutes once the water reaches boiling temperature.
Remove the pan from heat and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 5 minutes.
Prepare a bowl with ice and water.
Transfer the eggs from the hot water to the ice water and let them sit for 5 minutes. The eggs will be simpler to peel as a result.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and keep the egg whites intact.
Use a fork to crush the yolks in a bowl.. Add the mustard sauce, mayonnaise, hot sauce, pinch of pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves, filling them evenly.
Clean the chives and finely cut them.
Sprinkle paprika powder and chopped chives over the stuffed eggs.
Before serving, place the deviled eggs in the fridge for at least half an hour.. Serve chilled.
