Ingredients:
3 cans of milk cream
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or any desired flavor)
1 box of milk cream
200g of dark chocolate, chopped
For the cream:
Combine the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered passion fruit juice in a blender and blend until well mixed.
Blend for approximately 5 minutes until the mixture becomes soft and well combined.
Pour the cream mixture into a glass dish, spreading it evenly.
For the Ganache:
In a bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate either in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and mix until you achieve a smooth and glossy ganache.
Assembly:
Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the prepared cream in the glass dish.
For the dessert to firm up and become thicker, refrigerate it for a minimum of one hour.
Once chilled and set, remove the dessert from the fridge.
