Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
- Cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Pat them dry with a towel to help them crisp better.
Step 3: Season
Place the florets in a large bowl and add:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Turmeric (optional)
- Chili flakes (optional)
Toss well until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Step 4: Arrange on the Baking Sheet
Spread the florets on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Make sure they are not overcrowded so they roast instead of steam.
Step 5: Roast
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until:
- The edges are golden and crispy
- The inside is tender
Step 6: Optional Finish
After roasting, sprinkle with:
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
- A squeeze of lemon juice
