Crispy chicken pieces 

 

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Toasted tortillas
Flour
Egg Beaten
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Tomato sauce
Pitted black olives
Preparation:
1. Cut the breasts chicken into chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper and light flour.
2. Then we put these strips into the beaten egg and then into the tortillas that we crushed a little with our hands.
3.We fry them in extra-virgin olive oil, very hot until golden brown, then take them out and put them on absorbent paper or paper towels.
