Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
Sprinkle of salt
Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, vanilla, sugar, and a sprinkle of salt. Combine the ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Grease a nonstick skillet with a small amount of oil and heat it over medium heat.
Pour approximately 1 cup of the crepe mixture into the skillet, tilting the pan to ensure the bottom is completely covered. Cook the crepe until the bottom turns golden brown, which usually takes about 3 minutes.
Gently pull the edges of the crepe off the pan to loosen it.
Transfer the cooked crepe to a serving plate, and continue making more crepes with the remaining batter.
Once all the crepes are cooked, sprinkle them with powdered sugar for decoration.
