Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce

Step 1: Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions (8–10 minutes) until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken with:

  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika

Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce

In the same skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

Step 4: Add Parmesan Cheese

Add the grated Parmesan cheese gradually while stirring.

Continue stirring until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and slightly thick.

Season with:

  • black pepper
  • Italian seasoning.

Step 5: Combine the Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the sauce.

Toss gently until the pasta is well coated in the creamy Alfredo sauce.

Step 6: Add the Chicken

Return the garlic butter chicken to the skillet and mix gently with the pasta.

Cook for 1–2 minutes so the flavors combine.

Step 7: Serve

Transfer the pasta to plates and garnish with:

  • chopped parsley
  • extra Parmesan cheese

Serve hot and enjoy.

✅ Tips for the Best Alfredo Pasta

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
  • Add a little pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • You can add mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli for extra flavor.
  • Cook on medium heat so the cream sauce doesn’t separate.
