Creamsicle Orange Fluff

Ingredients:

1 box Orange jello
1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 small can of mandarin oranges
1 cup pastel colored miniature marshmallows

Instructions:

Pour the boiling water and the orange-flavored jello into a big bowl. Mix the jello until it dissolves completely.
Add the cold water to the bowl and stir.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or until it thickens.
Add the pudding mix to the bowl and whisk until it is well combined.
Chill the mixture again for 20 minutes, or until it thickens further.
To the same large bowl, add the Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.
Gently fold the ingredients together to mix well.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
When ready to serve, garnish with additional oranges, marshmallows (optional), and mint leaves.
