PUFFS
2 large eggs separated into yolks and whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 ounces cream cheese softened
three tablespoons powdered sweetener (i exploit Monk fruit)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 tiers.
