Cracker Barrel Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
32 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions 

Set the oven’s temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, or 350 degrees F.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and crushed Ritz crackers to the bowl, then stir in the chopped onion and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Add the ground beef to the mixture and thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Bake the meatloaf at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for 45 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the topping.
After 30 minutes of baking, spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf. Return the loaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Spoon the remaining topping over the meatloaf, return it to the oven, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Before serving, take the meatloaf out of the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
