Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

 

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped celery
3 tablespoons all-reason flour
2 1/2 cups milk
half of teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup heavy whipping cream
eight oz crab meat
4 to eight ounces small cooked shrimp or different seafood
2 tablespoon sherry win

soften the butter in a Dutch oven or massive saucepan over medium-low warmness; add the chopped green onion and celery. Saute, stirring, until soft.
blend the flour into the butter and greens till nicely incorporated. keep cooking, stirring, for approximately 2 minutes.
heat the milk in another saucepan over medium warmness.
Slowly stir within the warmed milk and retain cooking and stirring until thickened.
