Classic Bundt Cake Recipe

 



Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and dust a pan for Bundt cakes.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized basin. Put aside.
Beat the butter and sugar in a large mixing basin until they are light and creamy.

Gradually add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mixing until the batter is smooth, gradually add the dry components to the wet ones.

Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for approximately 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, in a preheated oven.
After letting the cake set in the pan for approximately fifteen minutes, turn it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
Once cooled, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with a glaze of your choice.
