Directions:

Combine the sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer for the crust.

After cooling, place the cheesecake in the refrigerator to set for at least four hours or overnight.
Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced strawberries and drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
