Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 Large Egg
1 tablespoon Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
5-6 tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Prepare the Dry Mix:
In a medium bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Cheese:
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add Wet Ingredients:
Mix in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine with Sugar:
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Form the Dough:
Add the dry ingredients and fold gently until thoroughly combined.
Then stir in the mini chocolate chips. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm it up.
Preheat and Prepare:
Set two baking sheets with parchment paper on them and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Shape the Cookies:
Take out the chilled dough and shape it into 24-26 balls, placing them on the baking sheets about 1.5 inches apart. Slightly flatten each ball.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Optional: If desired, sprinkle some extra mini chocolate chips on top of each cookie for an extra touch of indulgence.
Bake:
Slide the baking sheets into the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cookies are just starting to turn golden.
Cool:

After a few minutes, let the cookies rest on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies! These cookies combine the rich flavors of cream cheese and mini chocolate chips for a delightful treat. They are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a snack, dessert, or a sweet addition to a cookie platter.
