INGREDIENTS:
300 g chocolate
200 g butter
200 g petit beurre cookies
100 g egg yolk or 5
100 g sugar
PREPARATION:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan. Add sugar and softened butter. Remove from heat.
Add the egg yolks to the preparation. Crumble the small pieces of butter and add them to the dough. Mix well to ensure a homogeneous preparation.
Place the dough in a fairly tall form (Charlotte type) and freeze for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Place the cake in the refrigerator for another 2 hours. Allow to cool before serving.
