chocolate Cake with Ganache

Ingredients:

For the cake:

200 g flour
200 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
240 ml milk
120 ml oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
240 ml boiling water
For the buttercream:

200 g butter
400 g icing sugar
50 g cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp milk
For the ganache:

300 g chocolate
300 ml heavy cream
Instructions:

Cake:
Combine dry ingredients, then add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and boiling water. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool.
Buttercream:
Beat butter with icing sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Adjust the consistency with milk.
Ganache:
Over the chopped chocolate, pour boiling cream and stir until smooth.
Assembly:
Fill the cake with the buttercream and cover it with the ganache.
