Chili Cheese Dog Bake

Ingredients:

1 can (14 to 15 oz) chili, heated
1 pizza crust, refrigerated classic (such as Pillsbury™)
4 Cheddar cheese sticks
4 all-beef hot dogs
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a glass baking dish, either 9 inches square or 11 by 7 inches (2 quarts), with cooking spray.
Pour the heated chili into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Unroll the pizza crust and cut it into 4 strips.
Cut one cheese stick in half lengthwise and place one half on each side of one hot dog. Encircle the hot dog and cheese with a piece of pizza dough, slightly overlapping in the middle. Repeat this process with the remaining dough strips, cheese sticks, and hot dogs.
Place the wrapped hot dogs on top of the hot chili in the baking dish. Make sure the chili is hot.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the dough is light golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a small microwavable cup, microwave the butter on High until melted. Stir in the garlic powder and parsley.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and brush the top of each cheese dog with the butter mixture.
Serve the Chili Cheese Dog Bake immediately.
Note: This recipe combines the flavors of chili, cheese, and hot dogs in a delicious and easy-to-make bake. It’s a satisfying dish that can be enjoyed as a main course or for game day snacking.
