Chicken breast

Ingredients:

1 Piece of chicken breast per person
Cooked ham or turkey breast (one for each piece of breast)
Slices of cheese of your choice (two for each piece of breast)
Oregano
Pepper
White wine
Extra virgin olive oil
2-3 potatoes
1 onion
salt

Stretch the chicken breasts (you can open them if you know, but if not, ask the butcher to do it for you)
Season the breasts with salt and pepper and place them with the edges facing in.
Place on each breast, one slice of ham and two of cheese and roll. Season with salt and pepper and set aside on a plate.
Remove the skin, rinse well and cut the potatoes into half-centimeter slices. Cut the onion into rings, place everything in a heat-resistant dish and season with salt and pepper.
Place the rolled breasts on the bed of potatoes and water with wine and olive oil.
Place in the oven at 180ยบ, about 40 minutes or until golden brown to taste.
