2 large chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup homemade or store-bought creamy garlic sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the chicken: In a large bowl, coat the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the chicken: Cook the seasoned chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and browned. Set aside once done.
Assemble the wraps: Spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla. Top with the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Melt the cheese: Place the tortillas back in the skillet after folding them over the contents. Cook until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve: Cut the wraps in half, optionally garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy immediately!
