Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Potato Cakes

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with salt and squeeze out any excess moisture.
