CHEESECAKE WITH JAM

Ingredients:

180 gr. of Mary type cookies
500 gr. of cream cheese
65 gr. of butter
250 gr. of mascarpone cheese
380 gr. of condensed milk
250 gr. of Greek yogurt
5 eggs
40 gr. cornstarch
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
Strawberry jam
Strawberries
Whipped cream

Preparation:

To enjoy a delicious cheesecake with strawberry jam, the first thing we must do is preheat the oven to 180º C, with heat above and below.
Then, we put the mixture in the base of the mold, squeeze it slightly with our fingers and refrigerate it.
Put the cream cheese and mascarpone type, condensed milk and Greek yogurt in a bowl, and mix well with the help of some sticks.
We add the eggs one by one, so we will not add the next one until the previous one is well mixed. Then, add the vanilla.
Gradually add the cornstarch, while continuing to beat. Then, pour the mixture into the mold and take it to the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 140º C and continue baking for 70 more minutes.
Then, we open the oven door slightly and let the heat come out and finally we take the cake out of the oven and let it cool on a rack for an hour.
Unmold and leave at least one more hour in the refrigerator. When we are going to serve it, we decorate it with whipped cream and the help of a pastry bag, as well as with strawberry jam on the surface and some strawberries cut in half. Delicious!
