Ingredients :

1 sachet of baking powder
10 cl of milk
150 g of powdered sugar
150 gr of flour
4 eggs
150 gr of semi-salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla sugar

How to prepare this Cake

First, mix the yeast with the flour, sugar, softened butter and half-salt
Then add the egg yolks, milk and vanilla
Turn the whites into snow
Gently incorporate them into the mixture already made, then pour the dough into a buttered mold and bake at 170 ° C for 35 min
Unmold and finally let it cool down.
