Cake in 5 Minutes – Easy Quick Recipe

Ingredients:

3 eggs
150g sugar (3/4 cup)
100ml (1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon) of vegetable oil

150g plain yogurt (2/3 cup)
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g plain flour (1 1/4 cups)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder (6g)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (10g)
1 teaspoon instant coffee
About 2 tablespoons warm water
Some chocolate sprinkles (optional)
Baking pan size: 21x11x6cm

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).
Beat the eggs and sugar together in a mixing basin until thoroughly blended.
Add the vegetable oil, plain yogurt, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
Fill the basin with the sifted plain flour and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients into the batter until they are completely mixed together.
In a separate small bowl, mix the cocoa powder, instant coffee, and warm water to create a smooth paste.
Add the cocoa and coffee mixture to the batter and stir until it is evenly distributed.
Optionally, you can add some chocolate sprinkles to the batter and gently mix them in.
Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into it, spreading it out evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

After baking, take the cake out of the oven and allow it to cool for a short while within the pan.

After transferring the cake to a wire rack, let it cool fully.
Slice and serve the cake as desired.
