INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons of margarine
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
4 eggs (beaten whites)
2 cups of wheat flour
1 glass of milk
100g chocolate chips
100 g grated coconut
1 tablespoon baking powder

PREPARATION MODE
Beat the margarine with the sugar until creamy, add the yolks and continue beating. Add the milk and the other ingredients. Finally, add the egg whites, stirring gently. Bake at 180 degrees. Make a chocolate glaze if you prefer.
