Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs
2 dozen fresh medium-sized shrimp
1 tsp cooking oil
1/2 small lemon
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2-1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp sweet relish
1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, plus 2 tsp for Cajun shrimp
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill, plus 2 tsp for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare perfect boiled eggs by gently placing the eggs in a shallow pot. Fill the pot with water, covering the eggs. Once the water begins to boil, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the eggs sit for 15-20 minutes.
Peel the eggs and slice them in half. To dry, place the divided egg whites on paper towels. The egg yolks should be put in a medium-sized basin.

To the bowl with egg yolks, add mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet relish, garlic powder, and 1-2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning. Taste after adding each ingredient and adjust to your liking and desired spice level. Mix the ingredients until creamy, then cover the bowl and set it aside.
In a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat, add cooking oil. After that, blot the shrimp dry using paper towels.
Add 2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning to the shrimp and stir until they are well coated.
Sauté the shrimp until they are cooked (if using raw shrimp) or until they are slightly charred. Halfway through cooking, squeeze about 1 tsp of lemon juice over the shrimp.
Scoop the egg mixture evenly into the egg white cups, then top each with a Cajun shrimp to construct the Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs.
Garnish the deviled eggs with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped dill.
Enjoy your Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs!
