Ingredients:
One pound of skinless, boneless chicken breasts, sliced into small pieces
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
One 10.75-ounce can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
12 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked and drained
Instructions:
Season the chicken: Toss the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning in a small bowl until coated.
Cook the chicken and shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the seasoned chicken in olive oil.Cook the shrimp until they become pink and curl.
Set chicken and shrimp aside.
Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, cook onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper until softened.
Add the soups and milk: Stir in cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add Parmesan cheese and parsley: Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Return chicken and shrimp to skillet: Add the chicken and shrimp back to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
Serve over pasta: Serve the Cajun shrimp and steak Alfredo pasta over cooked fettuccine pasta. Enjoy!
