Ingredients:
2-3 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
Half a cup of spicy sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange a wire rack on top of an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes until they are crispy and cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat the sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally.
After cooking, move the wings to a large mixing basin. After making the Buffalo sauce, pour it over the wings and toss to coat them completely.
Serve the hot Buffalo wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
