Blooming Quesadilla Ring

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 cup taco sauce
20 taco-size tortillas
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions:

Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Shredded chicken, chopped onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and taco sauce should all be combined in a big dish. Mix well and set aside.
Cut each tortilla in half. Add about 2 tablespoons each of cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and the chicken mixture onto each tortilla half.
Roll the tortillas into cones, starting from the cut edge, making sure the ingredients stay inside.
Place a wide-mouth jar or glass in the center of the lined baking sheet.
Place around thirteen tortilla cones in a ring around the jar, with their tips touching it. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over this layer.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortilla cones to create two more layers, finishing with the rest of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Remove the jar from the center of the ring and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortillas are crispy.

The blossoming quesadilla should be carefully transferred to a serving plate.
Place your preferred dip inside the ring and top with your desired garnishes.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Blooming Quesadilla Ring!
Note: Feel free to customize the dip and garnishes according to your preferences.
